ABC Liquor

ABC Liquor is nice, clean, and well organized. Nice displays of the bottles and set ups. Nice selection of local liquors and international brands. Friendly and fast service. Parking spaces available just walking distance from the liquor store. Nice prices.

Good store but not super customer friendly anymore-- they have closed off the aisles to customers, so you have to go to a window and ask for what you want, and cannot see any of the selection. How is someone supposed to browse the selection or shop for something new? I'm sure the reason is theft, don't know what else it could be, but there is only one small way in and out of the store, and you have two people sitting there. Hire some security or adjust your store so that it can be more shoppable to customers or you will lose business.

Used to be a 3 star store but they've changed the arrangement so you can't see the stock of liquors. As I was standing, confused at the new setup, I was being yelled at "next in line", I said, I'm trying to get back there to see the stock and was snottily told, "you can't GET back there". So I said, ok, bye! Not a great business model. Good luck; I'll take my business to other liquor stores that let you browse and discover new things and don't yell at the customers.

Poor customer service. I didnt catch the man's name who checked me out but he needs a lesson in customer service skills! If it wasnt for my husband's birthday, I would have put back my purchase!!! I can tell you i will not be going back!!!! Check your attitude!!! And the person working with him was giggling at his performance!! All it takes is one day of NO CUSTOMERS to have a reality check!!! IJS

After confirming that the bourbon i was looking for was in stock on the OH liquor site, I stopped in. Of the 2 times I stopped in, it was out of stock. A third time I was smart enough to call ahead......not in stock even though the OH liquor site said was updated 10min prior. All three times, the employee was rude, almost like I was ruining his day by asking. Please be better about updating your inventory. And hire a better employee.

This place got 2 much dust on the bottles and the store ...it looks dirty and they have the nerves to charge extra 4 using ur card... Just another quick hustle for them...

Feels rather small. Half the store is blocked off so if you're planning to come in and just look around and decide, I'd avoid coming hereobviously this can change since you can't see a good majority of their stock. If you know what you want it's fine.

One of the major liquor store in North Columbus, ABC liquor is the mother of liquor store nd all other drinks you might searched for, family owned and family operated they are great experienced ppl

I always enjoy going in there the staff is always friendly and they seem to remember me when I come in thanks

Very friendly and nice place prices are a little high but so is inflation
