These people are Angels... My family and I were so blessed to find them... They went way way above and beyond to help us when our travel trailer broke down... They are so friendly and compassionate about helping people.. you can't get better than that!... Love these guys!

The KOA host recommended this shop which is about a block away. We drove the car over & explained our furnace problem. Ozzie came to the campground & took care of the problem quickly. Gave us a lot of good advice & very fair service call charge.

Without a doubt the finest RV service we have ever received. Traveling thru and had issues with a slide. Worked us in with quick, efficient service. They inspected our 5th wheel tires and found we had a nail in one. Fixed us up and sent us on our way. All the folks were phenomenal, professional, and friendly. Pricing was very fair.

So far, not very happy. Had them replace bedroom slide floor and roof, already had everything tore out for them. Got it back and the floor and trim looked like an amateur did the work, took it back to have it fixed and have them fix our furnace which wouldn't light. Settled for the repair on the slide floor and trim and was told furnace was fixed and that they warranty their labor for 1 yr and parts for 6 months, which I thought sounded like they stood behind their work. Brought it back home which is 48 miles away, turned on the furnace the next day since we were working in the RV and the furnace would not say lit. Sent an email to general manager about it and she responded back that she would talk to tech that worked on the furnace and get back with me.That was on the 13th of February and every time I call there, which had been twice, to get a response about my furnace still not working, I get told that they will call me back. Guess what, I have not gotten a call back. Maybe I will get a call back in a year when their warranty on labor runs out?!

I met these folks at the RV show last year. One of my customers had a problem as they were leaving town. I directed them to Abe and his team and their problem was solved quickly and efficiently. While they did miss their trip that weekend -- they weren't EVER stranded! I appreciate when someone fulfills on the service I promise! Thanks for living up to my expectations!!
