Campfire RV

We are traveling south on 35 in Missouri. We needed a hose or cap in order to use our propane. We called Campfire RV, told the owner our problem, and he said to come in. Within minutes he remedied our problem at no charge! We offered to pay but he said instead "No charge,. Have a Happy Thanksgiving" 😀😀😀

Took my camper to have front replaced with new wood etc put in because it had a leak. Wanted the leak fixed and all the bad wood replaced, only replaced part of the wood and never fixed the leak. It's all rotted back out again because of the bad job done on it. Also wanted antenna fixed and he made it so tight you can't crank it and it now leaks around it. Not only did we pay a lot for these fixes and they didn't get done right, we have continued to at least purchase parts to do it ourselves on other jobs, and they never have the part needed, always say "I just sold the last one." We now just drive the extra distance to Liberty Rv. I wouldn't recommend having this place fix anything for you ever. Take it somewhere else if you want it done right.

Referring to the negative post on a 2-3 day job taking 3 weeks. Campfire RV is a small family owned business started from scratch and it takes time to get authorization from insurance companies to do jobs as well as ordering and receiving specific parts. This company goes out of its way to service units other companies turn down, so please educate yourself before giving negative feedback.

We are following the work you are doing on the Barfield RV on a RV forum with a national membership. For a 2 or 3 day job to take 3 weeks is shameful. Please resolve this issue quickly as it is a trending topic among our members
