Ability 360 Sports & Fitness Center

Helpful and cheerful folks manning the front desk, a beautiful facility, and an excellent 12-hour pain and purpose spin/walk/run-a-thon! I'm very happy to have visited. There is a therapy pool, a 25-yard lap pool, a spacious gym with an indoor 1/10th mile upper level track, and everything has an accessible option. I was very impressed!

360 has a comprehensive and all inclusive machines and staff. They work with you, disability or no. I personally love the walking track. Every lap is 1/10 of a mile. Wonderful experience all around.

Most definitely a great place to work out at. If you are a shorter person this place has machines that you'll fit on. All the staff are helpful and it's a clean gym.

Our daughter w disabilities loves going to Ability 360... Everything made easier w all the accomodations they have available!! Amazing Place to work out ... Inspiring! Also there's a really nice Cafe to have lunch & relax.

Fantastic indoor running track, gym, lap pool, climbing walls, hoops, sports courts ... for *anyone to use. Get a membership! Adaptive stuff if needed. Coordinated activities / outings. Cool people for sure! Go there and check it out. Amazing place.

Great facility to work out, staff is courteous, gym is clean and many activities to choose from.

Outstanding gym I love it everything's brand new great people there I would suggest it to all veterans service connected and civilians

This place has a beautiful outdoor pool for laps and an aerobic class smaller pool. They also have a large hot tub. I love the workout facilities, track and courts. It's never that busy.

This is an amazing facility for adaptive sports. I wish we had a facility like this in San Diego
