Encanto Pool

My husband and I have been purchasing pool passes for years. The Manager and her employees are very friendly and great with kids. Encanto pool is not as crowded as some of the other city pools with slides and toys. If I could rate it more than 5 stars I would. We missed them last summer and hope the city reopens this year.

I'm 68 years old and I used to swim in this pool every single day they were open when I was in the 1st through the 3rd grade I love this pool I hope one day to go back and swim again

The bathrooms honestly weren't anything to write home about but given that it's a public pool I'm willing to grant some leeway. If it were anywhere else this review might be more like a 3 star review. The bathrooms weren't grimy and didn't smell bad and at least were cooler than the broiler oven outside that we call Phoenix.

Very clean and lifeguards are on point. They provide life vest for the little ones and require a " swim test" on the spot if you want to dive. One can never be to careful.

ITS CLOSED NOT OPEN CHANFE YOUR REVIEWS AND GET THE OFFICE OPEN. POOL WATER IS DRAINED RIGHT NOW ! LIARS

Great pool and really great staff. I just wish the shower facilities were a little more functional, just having a hook would be a game changer. There's no where to hang a towel or my bag besides over the curtain rod which was really dirty or to put it on on the ground which gets wet. If I avoid the shower my experience is great!

The pool is always clean and not over populated. The life guards are nice and well trained.

Very happy I was able to see so many familiar faces at the candle lite vigil and balloon release. You will be forever in our hearts Courtney, Ali and Almira.

The staff here is incredible and they actually paid attention to the feedback they received last year in regards to swim lessons. Such great changes this year! Only minus one star because the facility could use some updates to the changing/bathroom areas.
