No frills family owned spot in Downtown Silver Spring. Food was delicious! And portions are generous too. Customer service was awesome and I really enjoyed the Chicken Dibi and the Pastels! Will definitely be a go to if I'm in the areaFood: 5/5
Both the food and service were great. The only drawback is how pricey some of the items were, so it’s a bit of a splurge to eat here. Definitely recommend the chicken dibi with brown jollof rice. Also try some of their habanero sauce if you love heat.Food: 5/5
I wasn't so thrilled with my choice of food; although it was highly recommended by staff. I guess I probably didn't have the taste for it. The rice was really good just the stew to complete it wasn't really enticing. Other than that, they have really nice stuff and there are a lot more on the menu so please definitely go try it out. I loved the drink I got. Kid-friendliness: Safe to bring family
All we can say is wow! This is our first experience with Senegalese food, and apparently this was the place to try it! We ordered the beignet and two entrees. It was more than we could eat in one sitting and had another whole dinners worth to take home. This food reheats great too. Service was very friendly and the food was cooked to our order, super fresh! Flavors are unique and delicious! We were so full! The beignet came in a very large portion size, enough to share and eat again later. Highly recommend, and we will be returning!
This is for the DC Pop up Grill this is on West Virginia Ave NE on Thursdays and Fridays from 11:00am - 6:30pm Food was amazing It had been a long day at work and I didn’t feel like cooking for the evening. I drove by and smelled some good food on the grill and decided to stop by and check it out. I ordered the large lamb, large goat, and large BBQ chicken and they all tasted soo good It was well seasoned and went perfect with the sides I made at home. Staff is friendly and food was provided in a timely manner. I’ll definitely be visiting them more often.
I love this place. This is about to be my go-to Senegalese spot. The food is fantastic. The zobo and ginger juice so well made. And Adja was so sweet and helpful. 100/10 recommend.Food: 5/5
So I went here not knowing what to expect, but the reviews were so good so I had to try. My honest opinion. Wow. The food was so tasty and flavorful. The meat was so tender and soft and the rice was so yummy. I will definitely be coming back here soon!! All their meat is halal just FYI! The only downside is their food takes a little while to come out but hey you can't rush amazing food!
I had a great experience at Koite grill. The food was flavorful and amazing. The service was impeccable. Will definitely return.Food: 5/5

Food is excellent. Large portions. Clean restaurant. Restrooms are also clean. Service was fast. The staff courteous. Decor is simple with some African instruments and games. Food is présented in to go boxes with disposable silverware blame is on C.rona I definitely, recommend this restaurant. Plus it is black owned.
