Above the Barre Dance Academy

My daughter looks forward to dance class all week. As a mother, it warms my heart to see how much the dance teachers at ATB adore her (and every other dancer). These gals know their stuff and are so dedicated to their dancers! Chelsie is probably the most enthusiastic person you will meet!

Our daughter loves the dance class she is in. The teacher does a great job incorporating different dance styles (ballet, tap, etc). She engages each child individually and addresses individual needs. Can't recommend this place enough.

Don't take your kids here if they're interested in dance. The owner seemed nice via e-mail and invited us to put my daughter in a "sample class" to gauge if she wanted to come there and was interested, etc. The instructor didn't look or speak to myself or my daughter once. They dumped her into a class with a bunch of much older students that were preparing for a competition, and the girls proceeded to mock her the entire time. She came out and the teacher disappeared. She is now enrolled at another school and enjoying herself immensely.
