ABQ Olive Oil Company, LLC

I have been shopping with this business for several years and have spent a lot of money on oil, vinegar, lotion, soap, etc. I have six of their bottles with various olive oils and vinegars in them at any given time. I will never go back and trade with this business. The staff--two women--are rude and blame everything on the owner, but the owner (Carol) is absent, unengaged, and unresponsive. A previous employee refilled a particular bottle for me numerous times and there was never an issue. I went in this week to refill the same bottle and was told no. If this business closes, I will not be surprised. Returning, consistent, and loyal customers should be valued. I have already found another olive oil, etc. supplier in Albuquerque (Old Town Olive) that will accommodate me and values my business. There is also Santa Fe Olive Oil & Balsamic Company that will ship to Albuquerque for free.

I had heard of this store since they opened 3 years ago & finally went by last Saturday. The owners are very knowledgeable about their oils & balsamic vinegars & the many other items they stock. There is not another store like it. You are able to taste test & find your favorites. They also have a refill program with a discount. Well worth the stop.

In regards to Stefan's review- I've been visiting this business since they have opened their first store in Corrales, NM, years ago and I have never, ever, in my 3+ years of patronage encountered anything less than outstanding professionalism and well-mannered staff that completely and whole-heartedly understands the importance of customer service and their needs. This business is, by far, one of the best in Albuquerque! Please do not be dissuaded by one negative review; the owners of this store are -amazing- and truly, genuinely care about their customers as if they were their own family!

Great products. Consistently horrible and rude staff, so much so that we will never shop here again. There a much better shop in Nob Hill where the staff aren't pretentious snobs.
