Prices are always decent for the brands. Private label product is a good value. Recently moved things around so its fresh. Didnt have enough registers open but could be a fluke. Aisles seemed crowded

Expanded selection of sporting goods equipment. Great to wander around. Also has sports apparel. Didn't find what I was looking for, but they do carry a large selection of items--even those items that may be "out of season" at other stores. Also nice to be able to touch and feel the merchandise to get an idea of quality that you can't get from an online retailer.

Go in to purchase a pair of athletic shoes, not one person in the shoe department. Take the shoes i wont up front they have to order them. 3 days later they cancel the order, kind enough to give a 15% off but cant you in store. The place I initially went to yo purchase items from their store. Not a good experience by any means. Gonna spend the gift card and be done with academy. Just buy online from now on.

I've been eyeing a pair of shoes for about a week now, but my Rogers and Fayetteville AR locations are both out of stock. I went to order online and it's out of stock as well. I called at 10:05AM and asked if they can order the shoes for me if I came in store, even if they are out of stock online. I was told yes. So I made the drive from Centerton to the Rogers store, only to be put off by employees and then be told they couldn't order the shoes. The apology I got was "sorry, we can't order them. Maybe you can call customer service." I'll just order from Amazon and you can lose the sale, thanks.

Nice, bright clean store. Great selection of work out clothes, shoes, and camping gear. Also has a large Razorback section.
