I've bought 4 boats from Steve and Kim Williams over the last 20 years. Steve, Kim, & Mike are very knowledgeable and always treat you like family. I highly recommend Ski & Sport and MasterCraft boats. You will not be disappointed.

I and some friends have called ski and sports a hand full of times for parts for our boats. They will not give you any customer service on less you buy a $100.000 plus boat there. They simply will tell you to come in and look in there catalog for what you need. Very short with you unless they smell $. Had work done there before was not happy. Wouldn't recommend them.

It's like this company enjoys being anti customer service. My first interaction with this company was at the boat show where they wouldn't even speak to me I ended up buying a new boat from another dealer that day. Today I stopped by their shop needing a simple part and the sales lady was more than excited to tell me that I was out of luck and she couldn't help with any parts. When we asked if the salesperson who's on the selling for could help she responded he is selling it but it might take an hour you're out of luck
