Academy Sports + Outdoors

My kids received their own money for Christmas and all wanted airsoft guns. When checking out, they each wanted to pay by themselves. The clerk went out of his way to make my kids feel important by processing their purchases individually and allowing them to tender the money. Ringing all three at once would have been quicker, but being returned their change individually made them feel special. Thank you Mr. Employee for noticing the little things that kids appreciate, and using patience. It did not go unnoticed. Kudos to Academy Sports for hiring such an individual!

The customer service in the shoe department is awful! I WAS willing to pay whatever amount of money to get new shoes because my feet are killing me but after the girl walked by me 5 times and did not even ask me if I needed help but helped somebody right beside me, I will take my business somewhere else even if it’s out of town!!!!!

I tried to return a rod that I had purchased After getting ignored like I did not exist and grunted at because I was standing by the counter could not even ask me to move I was informed that they would not refund their product H20 rod that I purchased from their that broke when I call a fish Every time a go I spend at least a $100 or a lot more but my business means nothing to you so therefore I will never step foot in your store again I've never been so insulted in my Life By the way I will order everything from someone else from now on when I left there I bought 2 rods and to yeti coolers that's almost a $1000 you let walk out of your store good day

Academy Sports & Outdoors offers great opportunity! They're friendly prices make it easy to shop again & again. They have friendly staff & their management is truly about customer service! I have never been dissatisfied when shopping at Academy.

This was the first academy I had ever visited and it was a great introduction. Usually you will find the best prices here, especially when compared to basspro or cab. Always recommend the store when ever some asks me, but also have a great website with specials you can only find online.
