So far so awesome is my Dr. Fleck and his amazing Team, from the medical receptionists to doctors up under his supervision. I sincerely appreciate them all, and how they really care about the patients who place their Trust in his staff and his caregiving! I was involved in a incident where I could not have been here, today... alive. Entire ankle was broken badly and fracture heel and nasty Head injury too. Etc, etc. He is my living angel on Earth, thank you God Dr. Fleck!

Not veteran friendly!! I was referred to this facility but my doctor. First, they called my doctor to say they couldn't reach me, however, I had no voicemails nor missed any calls from their number. Next, after my doctor's office called me to let me know they were supposedly trying to reach me I called them immediately. She took down all my info, seemed interested in my problems, even asked if I'd been in a wreck or something since I had more than one problem area. I told her no, I wasn't in a wreck, I was in the military. Hey tone changed immediately and she then asked if I would be filling with VA insurance, I told her no that I had BCBS. She cut our conversation quickly and said she needed to discuss my referral with the doctor and she'd call back. Well today I received the call back. I was told that they were refusing me as patient and rejecting the referral. Hmm, funny they supposedly were trying hard to reach me to get my referral until they found out I was a veteran.

I was referred back in early November by my doctor. After not hearing from them I called at which time I was told it would be 10 days before they touched my referral. Okay that's ok I thought. They finally called left a voicemail I was not able to answer my phone. I called back about 5 minutes later and had to leave a voicemail. I never heard back. I called for 2 days straight and left a voicemail no return call back. Finally I called and spoke with someone who said they need medical records before scheduling an appointment from my doctor 3 and half years ago from 1 MRI and 1 exray. This was early December. I filled out paperwork emailed it back December 9th. Still have not heard from them. I called today they acted like I was at fault and they didn't check their email where I asked if I needed to do anything else because it has been almost 2 months since I was referred. I don't even want to see them for my hip and knees after this hassle.

Went in for elbow tendonitis with tear. Was given a cordizone shot by Dr. Fleck. I was never told this shot would cause the pain to become much worse with swelling.After calling back the day of shot and the next morning, finally got a call back from nurse. She said it was all normal for up too 48 hours. So then being I work in production that requires I use this arm (phyical/manual labor) I ask for a doctors note for the day of shot and the day after. She tells me that this doctor doesn't give excuses for work... Really!!!! So be warned that if get this shot you could be in much more pain and unable to use arm for some time. No pain meds given and no excuses for work. Nurses words to me were... You just have to work through it. Thankfully, I held my responce and hung up.
