Accident Care and Treatment Center

i had an amazing experience with sophia and amber, but an absolutely terrible experience with mindy over the phone. most of the staff is very helpful and friendly, whereas mindy is condescending and rude. i would recommend this facility because of their amazing care and helpful nature, but if you don't want to be talked down to and rushed i would avoid mindy at all costs.

I rarely post reviews but I’m doing this one in hopes that it will be helpful to someone in a similar situation as mine and to express my appreciation for Jeff and his team. I have always had a pretty active lifestyle and take care of my body but about a year ago I started developing pain and stiffness in my hip. I tried pain relievers and tried to work it out by myself but it kept getting worse over time. My physician recommended physical therapy and I was blessed to get Jeff as my therapist. From day one he boosted my confidence that things would get better with some work on my part. He explained in a way that was easy for me to understand what was happening in my body and how to work the muscles and joints with various exercises. Both he and Christina were very friendly, professional and patient to make sure I got the best treatment and all of my questions were answered. I have made tremendous progress and my expectations are very high for continued improvement. Thanks again to Jeff, Christina and Stephanie for all of your help. I am indebted.

From the first time I walked in after my accident, I felt respected and welcome. The ladies at the front desk would always greet me by name and with a smile. Even though I was in pain that made me smile as well. The doctors were compassionate and willing to get me to feeling better. And my two physical therapist were amazing. They worked with me at my own pace, and pushed me when needed. I would recommend Accident Care and Treatment Center to whoever needs recovery after an unfortunate accident

Excellent help and thorough with the details you need after an accident. Being more familiar with accidents to make sure the you’re taken care of and getting the paperwork right without an issue is such a blessing in those situations. Thanks again

Very nice people, kind and try to be on time although every time I went on at least 15 to 20 minutes late for my appointment because they're never on time.

Amazing clinic that takes care of their patients throughout the entire treatment process. The staff is ON IT and help you with anything you might need. They took great care of me and help me get back to feeling normal. It was my first time ever being there I was referred by my primary doctor. They treated me like I knew them for 10 years. They showed me nothing but kindness and understanding.

This place is amazing, I have had the best experience here and I have healed so quickly. The staff is very kind and very considerate. They meet all your needs and help in anyway possible no questions asked. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs physical therapy. The ladies there are hilarious and always remember who I am. The treatments are 100% amazing. And I have never felt better in my whole life. I thought my shoulder would never be the same and now I can use it likeI could before I had my accident. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best they are definitely an 11.

I am convinced that the employees at Accident Care and Treatment Center were once employed by Chick-Fil-A! My experiences have been absolutely wonderful! Although I hope I don’t have to refer anyone, I most definitely will! I appreciate you all more than you know!
