John Doe is just about spot on.   I did not write anything before but he is correct.  I lasted 3 months there.   I left August of 2014.  Even the benefits back then were some what shabby.   Health insurance was going to be just over $300 every paycheck.  

Not to mention the GM is more involved in watching cameras through out the shop to make sure everyone is busy.   Not usually a problem, except in this case he decides to take it out on you in front of everyone. 

They have some great machines and projects that go through the shop.  Its a shame that the culture is so bad.   

I wish them and future employees all the luck.
