We used Accutrans for our daughter's wedding to shuttle guests to and from their hotels. We had two seperate time slots for the beginning and end of the night. The shuttle driver was great and called me to confirm everything the day before, which put me at ease. He was professional and courteous and our guests were taken safely to and from the wedding reception. And we had a singalong to end the night. Highly recommend!

Requested transportation to Chicago airport from Milwaukee by 5:30 am. Arrived at 3:30am on time - arrived at the airport by 4:30 am. No traffic or delays- was happy to arrive early. I was very relaxed and able to have breakfast . Driver was nice and friendly. I have used this service previously to go to Chicago concerts - it’s great not having to fight traffic after a concert- can sit back and relax. I would definitely recommend this company.

Outstanding service. Driver arrived on time and was extremely friendly. The vehicle was spotless. Everyone raved about how nice the coaches was. Entire process from booking to date of my wedding was extremely smooth and billing was great and transparent.

We needed an ADA accessible coach in Chicago in 7 hours as the company we had booked with gave us a bait and switch and told us on the scheduled day of service they couldn't provide the accessible vehicle. A colleague in the business told us to try AccuTrans out of Milwaukee. I spoke to Joseph who became my contact throughout and, to our surprise, they had the vehicle and found a driver Bryant willing to make the trek down to Chicago and assist our group. Bryant was early to the pickup and kept me informed of his status throughout the trip. While it took some threats of litigation, we canceled the trip for the following day with the original dubious entity and booked AccuTrans again for the following day's service that ran all day into the night and we were able to provide our client with the level of service they have come to expect from us. Accutrans shuttle service was awesome to & from the RNC in Milwaukee, WI. However, their staff was absolutely incredible! I accidentally left a very expensive piece of television gear on the bus late one night. I talked to the next driver that stopped by. She & her coworkers went above and beyond to go out of their way to help me get it back within the next hour. I can’t thank and say enough kind words to Shewannee, Gail & Tracey. You ladies rock!!! Perfect service, actually above and beyond. A little early, impeccable dress and great ride. Rode down to O'Hare. Other party had trouble with flight for 40 mins, but driver waited till fixed. Definitely use again!

We were planing to Uber to the airport for a 7:00 am departure, but a March blizzard made us want a more reliable method. Our driver was very professional courteous and pleasant. The trip was peaceful and comfortable. I will definitely do this again.

Highly recommend! Joseph was amazing when booking,very helpful and communication was great! Darien and Leslie were amazing bus drivers for our wedding! Will def be back if needed buses again!
