Need to have no stars. The service is aweful. This location system is always down. Donna is rude along with the others. If u hate ur job find another one.

The worst service ever! They have Donna running the office alone therefore the wait is 20 minutes or more and that's if the system doesn't go down.  After verifying info in everyway possible, she was able to find a loop hole to turn me away. I attempted to cash a check written to me from NC, the bank it was written on isn't in DC and neither is my bank so I got stuck with the awful experience of Ace Check Cashing DC 2441 Good Hope Rd SE. Moral of the story, if you need check cashing in a hurry and/or a great experience there's another check cashing place close by. Safeway also cash checks...
