This lady made up a lie about not being a out to cash my check then i had to go to another location and they cashed it no problem. There is something wrong with the girl who was working here this day

The employees are not knowledgeable about their own policies. The attendant tried to tell me that people don't give other people money orders, and that they give the stub with it. The stub is for the purchaser....ignorant.

The staff was very rude! They would not allow my fiance to use his Puerto Rican ID even though Puerto Rico is a US Commonwealth. All that needed to be done was it pulled up on Wikipedia. We have used MoneyGram at Ace check cashing places with his ID and had no problem. When I attempted to correct this discrepancy with the manager I realize that it was full-on discrimination. She literally told us that if his ID was from any other state it would be accepted. Just because your staff does not know basic 3rd grade geography does not give you a reason to be discriminatory. Will be filing a formal complaint with the company! As an update to my review this problem has not been fixed we are still being discriminated against and we plan to find a lawyer very soon this is unacceptable treatment my fiance is not an immigrant he is from Puerto Rico and I have filed a complaint and spoken with the district manager and nothing has changed this is unacceptable!
