I'd give them a zero but couldn't. First field trip planned to the science museum and aquarium in va beach. Bus driver was a no show. Second time scheduled two busses showed one had a radiator leak. Waited on a replacement for over 2.5 hours. No show. Again failed field trip. Calls not returned. Poor customer service. Hopefully the children eill get a refund.
