James River Transportation

I used James River Transportation for my departing and arriving flights during a recent trip. The vehicles were spotless. The drivers were professional, courteous and, most importantly, safe. They were ready and waiting before my requested pickup times, which alleviates stress for me. Also, their message notification system let me know when the driver was on his way and when he had arrived. I received superb customer service, and I will definitely call them for future travel needs. Thank you!

Wow, what a great job James River Transportation! I recently flew in and out of Norfolk, VA and used James River Transportation to get me to and from my conference. They were great! Great service, great drivers, and nice clean vehicles. I especially appreciated how easy they were to get a hold of when I was delayed flying. No matter the time they had my ride ready!

James River Transportation saved our wedding! When the shuttle fell through with our previous arrangements, I emailed JR Transportation 4:30 in the morning to get a quote. By 9:00 am , day of the wedding, I called to see if they could provide transportation. They were already working on it and by 9:30 I had a bus to accommodate my guests to and from the John Marshall. Greg, our driver was exceptional. Thank you for making my wedding a complete success ad worry free!

As a woman traveling alone and often at odd hours of the night, I'm always grateful when I receive outstanding professional service from transportation companies such as James River Transportation. With all the other details I have to consider, it's a huge relief to find a dependable and safe company to help me get around town. I found their cost to be competitive and their service to be excellent. I highly recommend James River Transportation to any and all those traveling through the areas they service.

I cannot say enough good things about James River Transportation! Everyone is so kind and professional. I was fortunate enough to attend a Tacky Light Tour this past December and it was amazing. The office staff was very knowledgeable, kind and very flexible when it came to planning our trip. We had to reschedule due to weather and all went smoothly. Our driver was outstanding and the bus was clean and warm. I would book them again without hesitation. They are the best in their business!
