Unfortunately the commuter service is in decline.  Too many excuses and too few reasonable business decisions.  When the majority of your riders believe you want to exit the market then you should just go.

Too frequent schedule changes and eliminating stops altogether are things customers are forced to endure. A little competition is definitely in order.  PRTC/Omnibus, please expand to Stafford and Fredericksburg!

Awful company. Rode this service for a year.  Buses broke down several times, making us late for work.  Routes were routinely combined, overfilling the buses causing some to get left off their bus home.  On one occasion, 8 of us stood the entire 90 minute ride home because there were no seats.  Emailed the general manager about concerns like these, and he called me a liar.  Take the VRE
