Eastern Bus - Bus Stop

This place is ok. Have few chairs to sit while waiting for eastern bus. The bus was very good, particularly there is unlimited free internet and a eastern bus movie site with new movies. You have to install the eastern bus app n enjoy new movies.

During a power outage the bus has my husband along with a whole bus full of people sitting on the bus for 12 hours. would not turn around and go back to Richmond knowing that the bridge is closed to get into NY, the driver refused to call his boss to get further instructions to get everyone to a safe place we’re they can get food ect. One guy ask the driver can you take us to get something to eat in the nearest town he said you can get off. You should not have to pay to go through this kind of treatment let alone this is a health risk for someone who’s a diabetic and needs to eat to bring their sugar up but you won’t take them to the nearest town. There is no number you can call to get assistance it’s just very unprofessional at this point.

I have just started this trip and I am already fed up. The bus driver on EA57 was ABSOLUTELY rude and nasty. First, I sat on in the front of the bus, behind the driver and rather than asking if I could move, he shouted “Don’t sit here! Go somewhere else!” This was in broken English so when I didn’t understand her got mad at me! Fine, I move to the seat across the isle even though the bus is now full. He then proceeds to be nasty to the other passengers and his colleague comes on the bus and blowing cigarette smoke. Fine whatever. We are now ready to go. I was having a nice conversation with the lady who was kind enough to share her seat with me when the drive now shouts, in broken hardly discernible English, “You move now!” I ask why. He shouts back “You move somewhere else if you talk!” 👀 Inhave never heard this rule. Now we are on the road and he is talking on his cell. I wasn’t expecting much but the mistreatment of your customers is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Period. I pray th rest of this trip goes smoothly but for my first time using this company, I can guarantee I will not use it again. I will just pay the additional money and fly if the train is booked.

No proper shelter nd seating for boarding. But less cost travel.
