The initial contact with Ace was impressive. They were very efficient and prompt. Mike, the installer, from Ace Glass was excellent. Not only was he extremely competent and precise in his work, he was also friendly and personable. I could tell he enjoyed his work and had pride in doing a good job. He left everything clean and neat. He was a pleasure to meet. I would highly recommend him for your window repair.

Ace Glass replaced 5 double-paned windows that had fogged up because of broken seals. They did an excellent job. About 2 months later, one of the windows developed a crack. The technician who came out determined that the crack was most likely due to a small crack created during the installation which had gotten bigger over time. They replaced the window for free. Ace Glass is polite, prompt and competent. I would highly recommend them.

Mike did a fantastic job with the removal and replacement of our large bay window. There were unforeseen issues with some damaged wood around the frame, and it did not deter him. He had to make multiple trips to complete all the work, and was extremely professional and easy to work with. We are very happy that Mike was the one assigned to do the work for ACE.

Ace Glass came quickly to our rescue when we needed to replace our multi paned wood and glass front door. It was blown open by sever wind and the glass was needless to say blown out. They were quick to give us a solution at many different price points, which was so appreciated. We love that this is truly a local family business that treats you just like a part of their family.
