Capital Glass Service

When I got a crack in my windshield and called my insurance company, they asked if I had a preferred service and I did not so they sent Capital. Josh and James were on-time, efficient, and, well...pleasant. I appreciated their attention to detail and am very, very satisfied with their work. I HIGHLY recommend Capital.

They were prompt and very professional. Got my windshield replaced in my truck and had me ready to go again very quickly without feeling rushed. And did it all while I was on my lunch break at my place of work. I will recommend them to anyone who has the unfortunate problem of broken car glass.

The experience was a great experience and I will be recommending Capital Glass to any and everyone. He did a wonderful job installing the window and even gave some great advice on what to do with the window. He even worked with me around my schedule. We made arrangements for one place to meet and I had to call before my "appointment time" and ask if we could re schedule or change locations so it could still be done today and he worked with me and still got me taken care of today. Great place to get your glass replaced or fixed. I will be returning to them. They even had the glass in stock already. Just a wonderful experience and great work.

Joshua came and replaced the windshield in my RAV4. He did an excellent job and completed it in a very timely manner. He told me if I had any problems to let him know and he would take care of it. Thank you Joshua.

The worst customer service I have had in quite some time. Plus, they never showed up for my appointment and did not give a call to let me know they weren't coming or gonna be late. Really this rating is "No Stars". I called you 30 minutes before my appointment was due to expire and you claimed to be in Sumter with 2 more appointments ahead of me. You never called to explain anything. I stayed waiting for you to arrive in that 10 - 2 time span and you knew you were not going to make it and I did not receive a call and you hung up on our conversation that's the reason I called my insurance company to complain and to cancel the appointment. I STILL STAND BY MY RATING OF YOU AND YOUR COMPANY.

Josh came to my place and put a windshield in my pickup and 2 other vehicles. He showed up when he said he would, did a great job installing the glass , and did it all for a very reasonable price. Capital Glass definitely get's a thumbs up from me.

Excellent work. The technician was willing to work with me according to my schedule and arrived exactly when he said he would. Would definitely recommend Capital Glass over Safelite who charged extra for the same amount of work.
