There is always a helpful person to great you at the door. They are never pushy in the store. .. they only ask to help and I appreciate that.

They have it all!!! Very helpful.... Store is clean and neat and a great place to find the hard to get stuff. Love shopping here!!!!

It's a great place that I've been to many times. Excellent customer service. This time they really tried, but failed partially. I asked if they had Seagrape trees in the garden center and was told they can't sell them because they are protected. Ironically their website touts their native plants. Thankfully they do have native plants, including seagrape trees. I'm glad to go back for any products they offer, but for plant knowledge I'd show up during the day when the garden center staff is there.

Like they say "if you can't find it at another store Ace will have it". This is a good Ace with helpful staff and a wide variety of product's . Competitive bulk ordering is possible. Easy to find. They recently rearranged the check-out process so In & Out is a little faster.

Apparently the one year warrenty doesn’t count there didn’t give me my money back because my rod LOOKED like it was slammed in the car door. Apparently they had expert rod breakers to look at it, wow didn’t know they had experts for that🤷🏼‍♂️. So then they told me I should call shimano maybe they can do something for me, oh yeah forgot to put in that I bought this rod less than a week ago. So 70$ down the drain.
