Liars I bought well over $200.00 in Valspar paint and the white went on with one coat as promised, however a colored one did not. I talked to Sergio and he said I would get a fee one to finish my wall. Ace on Orange Blossom trail was out of the base color So I was going to go to a different Ace to get what I needed. That’s when Sergio said if I waited till Saturday when the base color came in I would get it free and he said he would be working on Saturday when I picked it up. Liar, he was not working Saturday and when they called him, he denied what he told me. I will not ever shop there again. Integrity is dead.

Long waiting times and their excuse is not having enough employees. Not a good way to do business. I was going to spend several thousands for next month or so and you lost my business. Edit: HQ understands the problems and will use this opportunity to train their employees. Thank you Susan.

About every time I go there find what is needed for the project. One time had a faucet that was metric and they found all the right adaptors to make it work and still working great.

They offer a wide range of products but are more expensive than other stores. Sadly, they don't price match, not even with Walmart. Sad!
