I LOVE this store, If I have gone into this store 10 times, 9 of them I can find what I need. I find everything I need from the EXCEPTIONAL, PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL, COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY Staff. Have I said used enough adjectives ????? The last time I was in the store 2/25 a gentleman by the name of Roger walked around and helped me with a list of items. One by one he not only helped me with each item he suggested a better alternative. The staff at Ace Hardware in Woodbury should be the MODEL FOR ALL STORES !!!!

Exceptional Service!! I was led to this store by the YETI website for a cooler I had been looking for and I was extremely impressed with my experience. Every associate of the clean and organized store asked me if I needed help, with a smile. They went to the back to look for inventory without being asked and offered to special order in something I was looking for. The entire staff was courteous and helpful. They even interacted with my small children and made them feel special too. I can not say enough good things about this store. I would 100% make the 30 minute drive from my house to give them my business again.

This is a good old fashioned hardware store. Somebody is always ready to help you find whatever you need. They have propane at a reasonable price with easy access. As an ex-hardware store employee I highly recommend this enterprise.

I went to this store because they had a grill in-stock I found online. My first time inside an Ace. Many items have similar prices as other big box stores. The staff is very friendly and more knowledgeable than the staff in the bigger competitors. This Ace is a little out of my way, but I will definitely return to an Ace nearby me.
