I wish I could give NO stars review! Contractors, tradesmen and builders beware. No friendly to our kind and way way way over price. The C.C. I was using would not chip so i asked if i could swype and NO. I ask can you manual put in and NO. The guy in the picture i included was so rude, i will never be back.

Nothing better than going to a real hardware store. When I walked in the door, a young man asked me what he could help me find and helped me locate everything on my list. Always have a good experience here.

Every time I come to this location, I am amazed how pleasant and helpful these people are. They are so nice and their selection is awesome, I sometimes come to "browse " - who does that in a hardware store? LOL. Always pleased.

So disappointed in their expertise. Even more disapointed with their knowledge of Stihl products. Think I will find another source.
