Lewis and his team at Bates are the best! From hardware to gardening, everyone is helpful and friendly. They are also very accommodating with pickup orders. A special thank you to Francesca and Jack for landscaping suggestions and to Regina, at the register, for helping with curbside delivery.

Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Bates. The sales staff needs to be a little more knowledgeable of their inventory

The cashiers @ this location are patient, kind, and extremely helpful. However, the assistant manager, Jules sp is a smart mouth and could care less about customer retention. I would not recommend placing an order online and picking up @ this location.
