I’ve come to this store the entire ten years I’ve been back in this city! The people are nice, helpful and normal and I can find everything I need here! I love it!

id already been to 3 stores prior to Westlake looking for a good quality affordable PLUNGER. hooray I found one. ONE. I bought the last one of that particular kind! great price!!

Helpful and friendly face all the time. I feel like VIP when I come no matter how long it been I am still treat like a valuable customer! If they are out of a product their willing to find it or order it for you. Now that my kind of service.

The staff is always incredibly helpful and friendly. I am not the most savvy when it comes to repairs, but am never judged for my lack of knowledge. Instead, the staff helps me find what I need without making me feel inadequate. Great selection, too!

Jan in the flower department is great. She really knows all about flowers and is very helpful. Will definitely go back when I need more plants!

Easy to find what u need and the customer service is excellent. A little on the expensive side but we all know you get what u pay for so there quality is decent

The cost of house wiring is outrageous these days! The privilege of owning, building, fixing your own home is going to become obsolete!

Prices are higher but service is good

This was the only place in town to have what I needed. It is the go to place for those odds and ends. Staff was nice, and the cashier was fast and friendly.
