ACE Rent-To-Own

Ace has a great staff that work with their clients. I recently fell in hard times but their staff worked with me to make sure I kept my items and did everything they could to help and didn't threaten me like other rent to own places I've worked with over the years. Number one in my book for rent to own in Omaha Metro

Steven is the best. He always willing to help all the time and I always love it when he delivers my furniture. Victoria store manager is Awesome. Always keep me updated with products and always willing to help.

We were long time customers with Aaron'salmost 15 years, never had an issue until the last payment. We had 100.00 left and were going to be late. They threatened to take it all back. That is where Ace came in. We have only been here for 8 months but have purchased many things including tires. The service is awesome and they work with us on everything. I recommend them. We have friends that have switched to Ace and are loving it also.

I love going to ACE always greeted. Answers all of questions. Works with me on my budget. Delivered the items fast and have never had a problem with them. I am a current customers and will definitely go back for more.

Savannah B. was so nice I went in to buy a new sectional and I wanted it home that day and there were no trucks available at the time Savannah strapped it to the roof of her car and drove it to my home. I’ll definitely be coming back, and Savannah deserves a promotion

Went in looking to buy a few different things. Savannah the lady working at the time was very patient as I had a lot of questions about how everything worked. She even offered to special order something they didnt have in store. Overall a very good experience and kind employee

Pleasant experience for almost a year until I ran into a little financial trouble. I had made my payments every single week for an entire year I fell behind a couple of days and these guys will call everyone including your boss come to find out. That to me is completely understandable you have their merchandise and it's all financed through them so they need to get their money somehow. Where I grew extremely upset is when I gave them their merchandise back and had my accounts cleared and this poorly run store decides to call all of my references and my boss again repeatedly trying to reach me to see if I would like to get my items back and sign a new contract for 28/week. This makes me irate that this company will hound your employer all so they can close another contract. If you can't get ahold of someone and you have your items back and no money is owed to you move on!!! You don't harass that person's employer jeapordizing their job and livelyhood!

No matter how many payments or the amount of money you pay them every week they always call you, your job, and all of your references. This is my first time doing anything like this, and trust and believe I will take my business elsewhere, or anywhere else rather, then EVER coming back to them . BUYERS BEWARE

Do not rent anything from here! These people will allow someone to lease something under your name without your permission. And when you've made it clear that you had no idea what was going on, they'll still hound you and anyone who knows you until you're dead. And even then they'd probably still go after your corpse for some cash. I could only imagine if you really did lease something and consent to this harassment!
