Honestly, I am very surprised about the poor reviews of this place, because I just had the most wonderful experience. Megan was fantastic! She was able to find everything that I was looking for. Maybe people don’t realize that bathroom remodeling are projects that you have to highly budget for and if you want quality product you’re going to have to spend money for quality products. I will definitely be returning here for other projects and I would definitely recommend friends and family to this business.

1000% Will recommend this place.. We walked in knowing full well we may not get to talk to anyone. We were just coming into look and get some ideas. We are in the building stage of starting the foundation. So, literally just looking. We were greeted by the nicest lady as soon as we walked in the door. She said hi, started a conversation and asked us what we were looking for. We told her we were just wanting to look around and get some ideas. She said okay, would you like a drink? Gave us a coke and on our way we were. There was no high pressure sales, yet no lack of info either. They sent a salesman out to simply answer questions we asked. He did not impose his opinion on us what so ever. They went ahead and gave us the salesmen's card who works with our builder and said give him a call when you are ready. We cannot wait to work with your company...

If you're into spending top dollar for quality items then this is the right place. A $295.00 faucet is a cheapie. A $1925.00 faucet is in your budget, they have that one too. Beautiful indeed!

Great selection of lighting and bath & kitchen fixtures. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The front desk attendant was less than helpful and the showroom sales people couldn’t be bothered. We were very disappointed; because this place has a tremendous selection.

Nice setup to see in person a good variety of kitchen, bath and some lighting options/ideas. This is not your budget option, but if you like nicer things for a more upscale choice.

I’m angry with Ferguson. I called and double checked what I need. On line they said they had 28 extension kits and 7 ovens of what I needed. They verified they are in stock. So I purchased the two and notified me a week later saying it will now leave February. Out of stock . Beware of online purchasing. They just get you to purchase then let you down and if you cancel it’s 25% restock I heard. I will now have a brand new home January 20, 2022 without an oven. I truly trusted there verification before I bought. Trust is lost forever.

Do not buy an appliance from Ferguson! Given wrong info about the model, waited weeks for pricing and had to initiate many follow-ups since they never followed up with me, we finally ordered 3 appliances. One didn't work, and one was damaged during delivery. Still waiting 2 months later for the replacement doors which were quickly farmed out to a local appliance repair firm with no sense of urgency! And no follow-up from Ferguson. Very sad the way they treat their customers.

Went on Saturday to purchase bathroom fixtures. Two salespeople. Not even a hello from the gal at front desk with nose in computer. Beautiful fixtures unknown prices, you have to 'ask' Ask who? No customer service. I see they're expanding the showroom. For what? Who is going to sell, or talk to customers? Stay away from Fergusons. They love themselves a bit too much.

Horrible customer service. We have been trying to work with salesman Derek who has been very unresponsive. We are working on a new build and specifically told him every appliance Thermador that we would like to purchase over 1 month ago. He has still not gotten back to us with a quote. I have called multiple times over the last several weeks and still no response. Disappointing to say the least!!
