If anything these ppl deserve negative stars, if you for any reason are looking here for ps5's dont. They charge over $1000 for a USED ps5 thats not even brand new, just for you to buy it outright. Not worth it, and somehow they're actually worse than scalpers.
The new store manager is very nice. She cares about all of her customers. I really like her personality. She has helped us introduced us to the staff and has even offered to custom order our furniture. We were a long time Aaron's customer and switched because Aaron's tried to take back our furniture with one payment left. Ace Rent to Own will work with you no matter what. It does not matter the store either. I will stay at this store because it is small and they will call you by name when you come in. Yeah they do care about profit and sales but they are willing to work with you. Do not believe the "bad" reviews because those people are people who did not get what they wanted. No one is perfect! Give them a chance to work with you! I say go there and let them know what you can get. Awesome place!
Sadly, I am downgrading my review! You can thank the "traveling manager that is there right now. I have been dealing with this location for years and never had an issue. Trey knows me and my situation, knows my family, when Lou and Blanca were there I had great times coming into the store. I will be 100% honest, I don't have the perfect payment history, but I always pay and I communicate as much as I can with my situation. It was nice knowing that if a situation came up, I could go in there and knew I would be treated right and like family.....until today. I was told Trey was on vacation and that the guy I was dealing with was a "traveling" manager covering for him. My advice, if this is true...don't let him cover for anyone! I went in there after calling and talking to Christian, who BTW was polite and courteous and expressed a willingness to help me, becasue my daughter's computer died and with online learning going on, she needs a good computer. However, once my daughter and I got there, the so called traveling manager called me around the back of the counter to physically show me what I already knew...my payment history was not good. He then proceeded to tell me that he would not feel comfortable starting any new contract until I made 5 on time payments, since I pay bi-weekly, that is 2.5 months....I told him my daughter is in school now and doesn't have 5 payments of time to wait....he repeated he would not feel comfortable regardless of what I said. As I said, I always knew I could go there in a time of need and, yes, I am not the most punctual payer, but Trey and that store always worked with me and understood and, yes call me about my past due accounts, but they were always understanding and willing to work to help me get my accounts taken care of to the point that I would apologize every time I went in becasue I really did feel bad about not paying on time, but they understood. This guy, didn't even ask, didn't want to know anything about me, to him, I am a number, not a person. I am a number on a screen with a bad payment history and nothing more. We don't need people like that either in a position of management or in society as a whole. We need people like Lou, Blanca, and Trey!
Have multiple staff changes makes things difficult as a customer. Many miscommunications. Edited review...i wasnt given the ability to post my review without giving 5 stars....I will NEVER rent from Ace again. The communication sucks...staff that constantly changes...my laptop came back from being "repaired" and some buttons no longer worked and part of it falls off when I open my laptop....i paid $1500 and got ripped off and lied to many times

Mike here was so awesome. He was fast, had excellent customer service and gave us great deals! Best place in town and will definitely come back!
Did business with them for over 3 years and spent bout at least $5-7000 and always had good service with the staff but their district and regional managers are extremely rude and could care less if they lose your business.. would never recommend or do business with again ..
I've been a customer for a couple of years now, and I was called a liar basically today. There was an issue I was trying to get fixed, and speaking to the district manager in a few short words I was basically called a liar. After speaking to the old store manager that was there the district manager found out that I was telling the truth, and I got no apology but what I initially had came in for was never taken care of by the district manager. So now I'm just waiting for the owner Lyn Leach to give me a call.
I had an awful experience I called because my washer and drye took a poop and we're inneed of a new one but when I called I don't know who I talked to but I was put on hold for 10 minutes that felt like forever when you have kids running around while your trying to take care of things I had heard great things about this place so I called for more information on what they had there so I hung up called back after a bit asked the same questions different person acted like they didn't carethey must treat their employees awful if they don't take pride in their work I will never take my business there I wish I couldn't even give them 1 star family business yeah right I'll go to Menard's or something
