Been going to this place for years. Nice selection of wines and is Americas first wine store I believe. People are sooo nice even the new ones. If your in need of a special cuvee or want to order champagne balthazars for your party this is the place to go!

I am consistently impressed with the excellent advice and service here. Not only have I learned quite a bit from the staff about wine, I feel like every time I've taken a recommendation from them it's been an excellent choice. There's nothing better then patient, sincere and kind customer service.

Excellent experience time after time. I'm no wine expert and staff is so knowledgeable. Expected it to be pretentious and intimidating but everyone is always so nice, patient and helpful. I purchased a rose that I loved but the bottle was discarded before I could write down what I'd purchased. I called the store the next day and described the label as best I could and they found the wine for me. On top of that, the wonderful French salesclerk recommended another wine for me to try that was just as spectacular. They have frequent wine tastings in the store.

i have been buying from them since 1983 need I say more? they are so experienced , kind and helpful, and prices are resonable. why shop anywhere else?

I was picking up wine in the store for a lot I won on their online auction. There was a bottle missing and when I inquired with the staff, they acted like they had nothing to do with the auction part of their business. They knew nothing about it, and we're less than helpful. I was directed to email their auction department. Ever since then when I enter the store I can't shake the sense they don't want me there or my business.
