ACME Markets

Very cranky in there. The box busted on my Seltzer. Sending cans everywhere. I was given the rudest response. Cans rolling all over. The cashier says "Oh Great" as I am trying to collect the cans he adds I guess you want a new one. At that point I just answered no. I was dropping cans all the way to my car. Realize the box ripped. I didn't drop them. Will never step foot in that place again.

Almost all the brands I love! Excellent options in most everything.

The store layout drives me crazy but it is most convenient location since there are limited grocery store options in the area.

Would be 5 but corporate doesn't like keeping this particular Acme stocked. Associates are exceptional.

It's Monopoly season love the deals that I get with the acme rewards today I had a coupon for a free pound of butter discount on my 2 l sodas and they're having a really great buy one get one 50% off sale on a lot of things so these beautiful calla lilies I've got to get me a pot

Always find what i need...only problem is that i find the prices to be higher than all the other goocery stores

Their Drive-Up-and-Go customer service representative James is great, he is friendly and fast at getting your order out. The cashiers have always been very friendly: Shane, Brian & Lyric are wonderful. The flower shop representative was wonderful, for Valentine's day flowers I was able to find a decent selection on flowers. The produce department representatives are friendly & helpful... I haven't had a bad experience when I walk in there in awhile. Thank you.

One thing I like is the butcher's block bones for my dogs. However, I was just grossed out last week when I was looking at flour tortillas. I picked up a pack of chi chi brand that said clearance and the expiration date was from June 2019. I had to confirm with my 12 year old that I hadn't just magically went back in time 3 years, and that this was really for sale. Clearance or not, it cannot be healthy to eat flour and egg that had been expired for 3 years. So i looked at the others of the same brand make, there were about 8 packs. Every single one had the June 2019 exp. So then I looked around to show a worker so they could take them off the shelf. I never found an available worker though. So when I checked out I said something to a cashier passing by and she just commented that was probably why they were on Clearance. I am sorry but THREE YEARS, REALLY?? Is this normal?? Do store managers do this to increase profits?? If so maybe you should rethink incentives for management. Maybe rethink management all together. I volunteer at the foodbank, even at the foodbank we do not take or dispense expired food. The kicker is that food is free. Yet, this business sells expired food for profit, it's frightening what corporations do for money.

I was so excited that this Acme had the Amaretta Coffee Creamer that I've been looking for, for months!

8-16-22 I recommend Acme Curbside Pickup. They have reasonable time slots available, I am kept updated by the process via automated text alerts. I receive an email to confirm my order and once the ordered is filled, another email with the actual items fulfilled and any out of stock items. When I pickup my order and call inside I normally receive a prompt answer and someone brings out the order items quickly. The staff are always kind and helpful. If ever I have any concerns, they are immediately reasonably resolved. There is not cost for the order if you meet a minimal purchase of $35 I find very fair. I appreciate the service and highly recommend this location.
