As some people said on previous comments, front desk is not very helpful, and you have to call again if put on hold. My son sees Elizabeth and I absolutely love her. She is very kind and attentive to what we have to say. Also, her advice is always to the point and has helped us a lot.

Front desk won't pick up the phone for multiple days straight. Completely shut off their phone for an entire workday.

the worst. the front desk girls are very rude and unhappy with their jobs. Anne the therapist has a nasty attitude and was very rude. i advise to stay away just a waste of money to go here and she made my son feel even worse about his anxiety.

The girls at the counter need to learn to respect the people who go there and mind there own business

absolutely love this facility.! very helpful. just call ahead because it takes about 2 weeks to get an appt.
