BAT is committed to providing effective services towards clients. However, they are a company which acts in bad faith with employees by lampshading growth opportunities, making promises of hours, then underdelivering. Despite company insistence, therapists at BAT struggle to get more than 20 hours but cant work elsewhere in the field, due to an exclusivity clause and average at 10 hours a week with little in terms of benefits or compensation. After months of delays, empty promises, and realizing the fact that my immediate boss was more focused on their second job than here, it has become painfully clear this company doesn't support employees like they claim. Wish them well, but never working for them again.

We LOVE BAT. My son has been getting ABA Therapy from BAT for over 7 years. The therapist & Leads are always well trained and professional. They come to our home prepared with a bag or two of toys, equipment, games and goodies. They educate parents in the latest ABA techniques and provide quarterly reports of my child's progress. I constantly send Parent referrals to BAT because they are the best. I highly recommend BAT!

Ther is a therapist name mario leon which is flirting whit the patients mothers and Larry doest pay attention on that.

The truth is I am very happy with BAT!! They have excellent care for my daughter and me. The therapists are very good, the coordinator tries to come 1 to 2 times a week to monitor that everything is progressing with my daughter. They get involved in everything my daughter requires and also listen a lot to the opinion and concern of one as a parent. We are bilingual Spanish and English. The coordinator speaks English and Spanish, the therapist speaks English, however she learns the words that my daughter knows in Spanish and implements them in both languages. The supervisor of the area where we are is aware of my daughter's progress. I 100% recommend BAT, they are professional, supportive, and very open to listening to parents regarding their children's needs.

If you speak Spanish I do not recommend it, this place has staff who speak Spanish but it is still one of the barriers that parents have to face to be able to advocate for their children in the programs that they themselves offer for the benefit of their clients because it is not always They offer translation when they address parents in their meetings or when they offer information even though they know that there are people who need translation, that one asks them for translation and the staff who is giving the meeting at that moment speaks Spanish. The place is good and the owner is friendly as is the staff but they don't always provide the necessary services
