Highly recommend this studio! Ashley is great, the workouts are great and there is a very intimate and friendly atmosphere. There is no pressure or intense workouts that your body isn't ready for after childbirth. Ashley caters to each individual's personal needs. Meeting other moms in the area is also a bonus!

Highly recommend Active Mom Fitness! Ashley understands the fitness needs of Moms as well as the practicalities.  She created a plan to help me reach my goals safely pre and post partum.
