Welcome to Mysore Philadelphia. We are a diverse group of Ashtanga Yoga students located in the Fishtown section of Philadelphia.

Our aim is to impart the practice of Ashtanga as taught by the Jois family at the Sri K Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute in a joyful and supportive environment to anyone who has a sincere desire to learn. We sincerely believe that by teaching traditionally, meaning teaching the individual, this practice can be done by anyone.
