Actors' Shakespeare Project

Who needs lavish sets and costumes when you have actors like those working with ASP. Simply put, there's no better place in Boston to see exceptional character- and text-driven performances of the classics as well as nimble and hilarious productions outside the canon. ASP's black-box ingenuity takes them into fascinating venues as well, from a boarded-up corner of Brighton High School to the Arnold Arboretum. Have dreams of being on stage? Their education programs for kids and adults are exceptional...I've participated in three Shakespeare Workouts with the inimitable Jenny Israel and Paula Plum and please ASP it's time for another one!
