My husband I stumbled upon this Inn by chance while driving the area looking for the perfect location to elope. We stopped in to look at the property and fell in love with the quaint atmosphere. It was perfect for our room and dining needs. Originally, we planned to have our small wedding ceremony offsite and planned on staying at the Adair Inn for our sleeping arraignments and dinner celebration with our parents. Nonetheless, anyone familiar with New England , knows that you cannot predict the weather. Upon our arrival, we knew we had to quickly revise our plans of having a white winter wedding with a mountain backdrop as much of the snow had melted and it was too cloudy to see the mountain backdrops. The staff at the Adair Inn helped us create a simple yet perfect private wedding ceremony onsite. They were more than accommodating with our last minute needs and literally shoveled snow onto sections of the ground where the snow had melted so my husband and I could have our winter, white, snowy wedding. The Adair staff operates like a family and takes the time to focus on their guest's needs. From helping to arrange my hair appointment at a local day spa to accommodating our dietary needs, we cannot say enough positives about this Inn. We plan to go back for weekend getaways and anniversaries.

Lovely if slightly dated inn. I don't think you will find a a more romantic, intimate inn in the vicinity. Restaurant is good but it's neither as fun and festive as a local watering hole nor as elegant and precisely run as a NY fine dining establishment. Grading on the curve of what this area has to offer it's probably a five. But any national ranking of B&B's would force them down to a four.
