Never had any problems with the ride. People always helpful and polite. Easy to use and cheap. Great way to get to Chicago from Indiana for the weekend.

24 hour municipal bus service is not available. Intermittent food service. Must walk uphill to train platform. Elevator to first floor then up a ramp. Second elevator takes you to train platform. City bus service dies not interact with train schedule. Greyhound bus service at this sight.
