So.... I only spent the week here helping my son move in, but I love this Apt. It's has a beautiful layout and is perfect for what he needs. I also got to keep up with my cardio as they have a "fitness room."
My husband and I moved from out of state and needed to find an apartment that allowed dogs. Initially neither one of us were excited to have to be in an apartment. However, we have nothing but positive things to say about Admirals Cove. They were so accommodating with us from the beginning. Britney the manager always treated so warmly and helped make our experience positive.
If you have other options, I recommend living elsewhere. Pros: The apartment itself was in working order and as expected. The maintenance employee is kind. Garage parking space. Cons: The communication is lacking and very disappointing. You are treated like a number and not a person watch out for all kinds of fees. The grounds are pretty gross elevator always had smells and stains, there was dog waste everywhere and even with complaints, it took all summer for anyone to address the issue with residents.
Excellent customer service and very detail oriented. Danesha and Britany were amazing. Happy to move in.
I've lived here just 5 weeks. So far it's just fine. The apartment is lovely and seems well built: I don't hear neighbor's next door or below. Love the radiant heat in the floors!! The few small move-in issues were addressed right away and carefully. While it's more expensive than some other 2 br2bath apartments, I didn't find one with all the features I was looking for: heated attached garage, secure building, fireplace, allows pets, washer/dryer in the unit, bath tub in one bathroom, decent storage, GREAT view!, responsive management. I only wish there was on-sight recyclyng available. 3 years later.....I still love the apartment. Had a big problem with very loud downstairs tenants which was eventually resolved via me, security, and management. A few maintenance issues were addressed immediately. It's a lovely place to call home.
I lived here for close to 2 years and never had an issue with management. They took care of most work orders within a day, and always give plenty of notice for things that are going on in the building. Great property with some of the best and most maintained amenities in town.
I moved in this place when they first opened and the rent is crazy i payed it cause I thought it would be worth it....I liked the apartment I really did luved it but when I moved out they wouldn't give me my deposit back stating that they had to clean the apartment when they did not because I had cleaned it both me and my roommate at the time cleaned the carpets and everything. During my time there my bedroom window sill had busted matter fact it was leaking and kept busting they never came to fix it, the walls are thin very and the apartments flood, they also change office folks a lot.
We lived here for three years and loved our third floor apartment. Management was always very helpful and responsive in addressing any issues or questions. Highly recommend.
Rates are too high because none of the utilities are included in the rent. Fines for every little thing. Charges for small maintenance things like lightbulbs. Short notices on important things two day notice to move your vehicle out of the parking lot and park some lest it be towed. No one's ever I'm the office when I come. Always wind up waiting for half an hour, or they'll leave a sign on the door saying they'll be back in several hours. They've gone through five different clerk's in the last eight months I've been here. The manager that replaced Eddie doesn't match his friendliness or customer service. Moving out and not looking back.
I lived here for about two years. Great neighbors. Quiet. The office lady Carla is very helpful and they always answer the phone immediately oppose to other places I’ve lived where I had to wait days for a callback.
