HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! If you're considering Adore for an event or just a bouquet, don't hesitate, choose them! They will impress you!!! After carefully reviewing flower shops and ateliers for my micro wedding at the Wythe in Williamsburg, and then dropping the ball, finally selecting my florist only 3 weeks before our wedding, I stopped by Adore to see if they would accommodate my last minute request - their shop is beautiful, and they had a beautiful selection of flowers and accessories. Not only did they gracefully accept my request, Alyssa took the time to listen, take notes, give guidance including potential vase selections and a rough price estimate on the spot. I was then connected with Chiyomi, the owner, via email. She understood the concept, the flowers and look I wanted, reviewed the album I had made showing examples and pictures of the venue, asked great questions, and worked on a detailed estimate listing some of the flowers and colors I wanted. She also included sketches for the railing arrangements to make sure I was getting what I had in mind. I had a certain budget which she had no issue in adapting to meet it, and we had good communication. The day of the wedding, I was not on site when they installed the flowers, but when i arrived at the event space an hour before the event, everything was impeccably set up, and the result was stunning!!! The flower arrangements were fuller and more beautiful than I had imagined, and all the guests were also incredibly impressed. The flower selection, the design, the colors all married incredibly well, and worked beautifully, with the tropical accents I had requested. Despite being an August summer day, the flowers did not only look very fresh during the entire afternoon and evening and wind on the 10th floor terrace for the railing arrangements, they continued to look beautiful for an entire week in our home after the wedding. Loved this flower shop!! The florist helped me create two delicate arrangements that I needed as gifts and helped me out by suggesting flower combos and keeping my budget in mind. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Super quaint with with a great selection of flowers and vases along with other knickknacks which I appreciated!

The staff doesn't know the names of the plants they sell lmao... They know the flowers, but not the live plants. The arrangements are gorgeous, but that's all they're good for. I always go hard on plant places that don't know their plants...

We worked with Chiyomi on a corporate-branded floral design on a tight turnaround. She was the ultimate professional, creating for us a mood board and explaining in great detail her plan to execute the vision. She was up front with pricing and limitations. Sadly we were unable to work with Chiyomi on this project due to time constraints, but we will keep Adore Floral in mind for future New York City events. Thank you!

I sent birthday flowers to my daughter, and it was the ugliest arrangement I have ever seen. I asked for peonies, and I got ONE peony. Do yourself a favor and use another florist.

*Do not read if you like your flowers NOT ARRIVED. * Ordered my flowers to be delivered on my wedding day, May 20th to the restaurant I reserved. The night before, I went to the store and double checked with the place that the flower is to be delivered tomorrow, and I left my phone number so that they could contact me if anything comes up. On the 20th, when I arrived at the restaurant and walked into the room, THERE WERE NO FLOWERS. There was already a minor problem at the restaurant and to make the matter worse, the flower I was counting on DID NOT ARRIVE. I was freaking out, but I cannot call Adore to have it delivered now since the flower is supposed to arrive before us otherwise it will seem like I didn’t plan well for the event. My mother-in-law is obsessed with flowers and I really wanted to impress her with beautifully arranged flowers on the table, except THERE WERE NO FLOWERS BUT DISAPPOINTMENT. The next day I got caught up in other things and didn’t get a chance to contact the place. On 22nd, I received a call from the manager I’m not sure and she said she was just aware of the situation, and I didn’t get the flowers because of a miscommunication about the date of delivery. I don’t understand how me coming into the shop and telling them TWICE can cause miscommunication? I booked the delivery two days in advance, and I went to the shop again the day before to say this is to be delivered tomorrow I was told that I will be receiving a refund as soon as she hangs up the phone. I lost my flowers on the biggest day of my life, and all the apologies I got is a refund???? I also had my wedding bouquet here, and did I mention how some of the flowers look they already gave up in life when I got my bouquet? I was so happy when I ordered my flower delivery and I couldn’t wait to see them, and guess what? I NEVER GOT A CHANCE TO SEE THEM! If you have a big budget and don’t care if your flowers arrive, go for this place. But if you want FRESH flowers and actually want to see them on the table, think twice before you choose.

I received beautiful flowers from the hospital I delivered in for having the New Years baby of 2016!!! I'm not sure but I think I got another bouquet set up in a big glass vase a day later from this place as well!!!! They lived for more than a week!
