Soho court was a decent place to live but far from the "luxury apartment" it describes itself as. We dealt with a constant water leak in our bathroom and black mold, which management refused to acknowledge or address. Their final solution was to paint over it. Furthermore, they tried to withhold part of our security deposit due to an "internal error" on their side. Due to a couple other incidents, I feel like they were intentionally doing this in hopes we didn't notice. We had one damaged floor tile, and instead of replacing just the tile they refinished the entire floor throughout the apartment. They used our security deposit for their own improvements. If you live here, be relentless holding management accountable to fixing everything, or you'll pay for it on the way out.
