Our ADT Technician, James was thorough, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. He provided a total solution to a difficult issue. We just signed up with ADT in September, and James was the most professional ADT representative we have met so far. Thanks, James!

The tech Was straight to the point and didn’t try to up-sale me. Also the rep I spoke with on the phone, Travis Mercer was the best, he’s the reason why I went with adt. He found me a great package, another man straight to the point and he was hilarious and just a joy. I recommend ADT for sure better than xfinity by a long shot.
lots of fake alarms middle of the night technicians can not fix it right.. too many employees ask same questions. no one in the higher management will talk to you. I spent 20 to 59 minutes on each phone call to fix my systems which I am paying for it
