I wait about 15 minutes. there was a waiting list it wasn't bad for me ,It is a very busy store. So if you visit this store keep in mind that it will be busy. All the employees were very friendly.Very good work, good service!
I met with Nico this morning. He was awesome. So friendly and courteous. The manager, don't know her name, was also amazing. This store did a great job getting people in and looking out for Xfinity customers. Thank you.
Mike went above and beyond to help us. My grandfather is 90 years old and just needed a phone to call out on. Mike went the extra mile to find exactly what we needed and helped my grandfather through the process. The patience that Mike showed while helping us was remarkable. He worked with us off and on for over 5 hours to get what we needed!! I must also mention the amazing lady that works the front. She helped keep my 2 year old distracted while Mike figured everything out for us! I can not brag about this staff enough!!!
This location is always busy so I made an appointment. My appointment was suppose to be about 15 minutes since my bill was incorrect. Instead of correcting my bill to the price I was quoted on a RECORDED call with a reference number and date I had with me, three managers and the sales rep congregated across the store running it like a cat dealership and “tried to find me a lower price package.” I don’t want a lower package, I want the package I have for the price I was guaranteed for a year. They then told me the store manager, Laura, was the only one who could review calls and she was gone but would call me. She never called and I left her multiple messages. This store is a nightmare with some of the worst service I have ever experienced.
I just left the the store right now and I had the worst experience ever.I needed help with one of my lines and one of the workers together with the supervisor would not even let me get a word out off my mouth before they shut me down. This is the worst experience that I have ever had at any store. I thought the supervisor would be more kind because she was a woman like me but nope she was very very rude
Everybody that works here is nice, but the company itself doesn't give them much to succeed. I couldn't get my internet working and after spending hours on the phone/chat with Xfinity it finally started. For some reason, they decided to send me a Flex tv box. I told them over and over I didn't want it, but for some reason they shipped this box to me. It's been sitting in my living room for a while, but I finally have the time to take it to this Xfinity location, unopened with my name on it, but they won't let me return it without an appointment. I would have to wait approximately 40 minutes to hand them the package so they could remove it from my account. No way am I waiting that long, so the guy working their recommends I drop it off at UPS and they will handle it. I wait 20 minutes at UPS, where they assure me they will send it back to Xfinity, and about a week later it shows back up at my apartment. At this point the box is a table stand for me.
Poor service poor pci compliancy issues. I dropped off a damaged device back in october and it was never sent back to assurant. Now I have 2 accounts which is ridiculous and assurant is trying to fit me with a 1100 dollar bill for the holidays.... nothing is being offered for compensation. And I've been a loyal customer for 2 years have my cell phone service through them and everything. This is really sad and extremely pathetic. Each individual sales rep seems like they are just here for a check. Don't bother. You'll just feel as violated and helpless as I do. Oh I also forgot the store manager josh said he'd reach out n give me a call. It's real convenient that all of a sudden they have a store phone because any time I've tried to reach the store I get a 3rd party customer service representative . All good I filed a complaint to the FCC and the BBB. Hope he can call me back quicker than they can!
I was there early so I didn't have to wait. Mr.Magnus Gordon really broke it done for me to understand my pkg. I really appreciate his patience and sincere concern. Bless u Magnus in 2023
You have to check in and then you're put in appointment queue to be seen. That took over 30 minutes. Now remember they cannot help you or touch any boxes so if you're bringing boxes or something is heavy and it's in a box they cannot touch it. You can bring things in a bag. They have a tote that you put your return items in. They'll scan your item then ask you to put it in the tote. They're behind plexiglass. Please see pictures below. The greeter was very helpful and nice. It did take longer than I thought.
Told them I was there to change out equipment after updating my plan over the phone. Was told to wait. 45 mins later someone walks in, trades their gear, and leaves. I asked why I couldn't do that and they said you never said you just needed to change equipment. Then didn't give me all of the equipment I was supposed to get.
