Generally have what I need for a competitive price.
Good customer service. One example: the belt that drives the blades on my lawnmower broke. Though they have auto parts, not small engine stuff, I asked if they could measure the old belt and sell me something of similar size. They did just that. Their belt was about half the cost of the lawnmower brand, and has lasted two seasons and counting.
