they overcharge and never fix anything. almost every room in my trailer the floor has rotted away. im moving out as soon as i can. the first yr i was here i didnt even have heat because they couldnt be bothered to have it fixed and i couldnt afford to move. anytime something does get reported to get fixed  they take forever getting someone out here. trying not having water for a week cuz of a busted pipe and the workers lie and say they have already been out and fixed when uve been home all day and know thats a lie and ive had stuff stolen from said workers when they have came into the home. id discover stuff missing rite after they left i know was there before hand. theyre honestly scum and crooks. do not rent from these people i guarantee you will regret it.
