Friendly service, they let you borrow tools to fix your problems. If they aren't busy they will help you fix it. They can put a computer on your car and tell you exactly what's wrong. If they are missing a part. It can be there the next day from another store Very helpful and friendly. They are more helpful than O'Reilly or auto zone

Sold me the wrong part refused to refund without a receipt.Their salesman didnt ask for my phone number so it wasnt in their computer under items I had previously purchased. I was told "There is nothing I can do for you". They have no idea how accurate that statement is as I will bring all my business next door to Auto Zone from now on 😃.

Staff wasn't very friendly but prices were better than auto zone on same merchandise. Store didn't look very clean either.

Although my warranty was not showing up in the system (I even had my original receipt!), they finally agreed to replace my defective part. Took some convincing, but they eventually took care of me.
