For the most part this is a good store to buy the parts you need. However I refrained from giving five stars because of the young girl working there . Recently when I went there to have them check my vehicle because of the check engine light being on the girl tried to convince me to take my van to a very expensive mechanic shop because it sounded like I had some "cylinder knocks" that were "going bad ". This is simply not acceptable from a large chain store like this. This is something you would expect from a shady back street mechanic shop.

Today I was helped by Jim on an air conditioning problem. He took the time to make sure I got the parts I needed and was friendly and patient. This is the kind of service I have always gotten at this location no matter which associate helps me. They've always had the parts I need, fair pricing, and a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thanks guys!

My daughter took my 3yr old grand baby trick or treating last night and she had parked her car here along with SEVERAL other people for just a few hrs. Low and I mean LOW and behold they had her car towed. So for several hrs my grand baby was out in the cold on Halloween night with no way home. What kind of business does this. I don't care how many signs are posted for no parking or you will be towed at owners expense....HELLO it wasnt at owners expense it was at MINE. You mean to tell me you couldn't let these children have one night of fun without worrying about your precious parking spots. I promise you this much... you don't have to worry about me or anyone in my family EVER stepping foot or let alone parking on any of these properties again. Oh and then when I called this morning to talk to someone about it, they said we had EVERYONE'S Carson towed. Well, not true at all. The guy that towed the car said he just randomly picked a few. This place is a joke. KARMA... That's all I'm saying!!! Doesn't even deserve 1 star..
